Central Park AutoRouted in just 4 clicks!

The RPMaps AutoRoute feature has been expanded to encompass walking directions. This means that you can AutoRoute along all

• Greenways
• Trails
• Parks
• Paths

that Google Maps presently shows marked on maps. Previously only roadways could be used.

What does this mean? Routing on a map used to take many if not hundreds of clicks to do accurately. Now, it can often take 5-10 clicks total. For example, the route around Central Park on the right took only 4 clicks to complete.


Note: that Google Maps still does not allow walking directions along some one way streets. There is an open support ticket with Google to work on the issue.
